1. Platform Overview
Salonext is a digital platform that enables:
Online sale of cosmetic, skincare, problem-solving, and accessory products
Discovery and interaction with salons and creators
Affiliate-based product recommendations
Service bookings facilitated through an escrow-based payment system
Salonext acts as a technology platform and does not directly provide salon services unless explicitly stated.
2. User Eligibility
By using Salonext, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
All information provided by you is accurate and complete
3. Orders & Payments
All product prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned at checkout.
Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.
Salonext reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
All products sold on Salonext are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is dispatched or delivered, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed as per payment gateway timelines.
5. Affiliate & Creator Program
Creators and salons may earn commissions through affiliate links generated by Salonext.
Commission percentages vary based on subscription plans and are clearly defined on the platform.
Commissions are calculated only on product value, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
Salonext reserves the right to modify or revoke affiliate benefits in case of misuse or policy violations.
6. Wallet & Earnings
Earnings reflected in creator wallets represent payable amounts after successful completion of eligible transactions.
Wallet balances are not stored-value wallets and do not earn interest.
Withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and applicable regulations.
7. Service Bookings & Escrow
Payments for salon services may be held in escrow until service completion.
Release of funds is subject to booking confirmation and platform-defined rules.
Salonext is not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, and software on Salonext are the property of Salonext and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Salonext shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service quality issues between customers and salons
Delays caused by third-party logistics, payment gateways, or external systems
10. Account Suspension
Salonext reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating platform policies, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing services.
11. Modifications
Salonext may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
